The role
The work is seasonal and concentrated: heaviest from October to mid-December, lighter at the edges of the window.
You work in our admin console with plan rule sets and election records, alongside an account lead per client.
Part-time, 20–25 hours a week, fully remote within the United States, with a senior analyst reviewing your first cases.
What you'll do
- Review elections against each plan's eligibility rules
- Verify dependent documentation
- Resolve elections that cannot go through as submitted
- Keep a clear log of fixes and reasons
- Hand payroll a clean, settled set
What we're looking for
- You have worked around benefits, enrollment or HRIS — in-house, at a broker or at a vendor
- Comfortable reading plan documents and applying rules exactly
- Organised under a fixed window with a hard end date
- Clear in writing when explaining a rejected election
