How we got here

We started in 2024 after watching the same ritual repeat: renew the plan, add an initiative, send one long email, and hope somebody reads it.

Today 80 companies run flexible benefits, perks, insurance, wellness and recognition through Shopkeq — and each enrollment season is staffed for the six weeks that decide the year.

What we value

• Rules, not guesses. An election either meets the plan's rules or it is settled before it moves.
• Clean handover. Payroll receives a set that needs no second pass.
